1. Website purpose

The website is the official artist and portfolio website for Violinhop. It presents music, releases, videos, articles, artist information, merchandise links, streaming links and contact options.

2. Permitted use

You may browse the public website, access public material and share links to public pages for lawful purposes. Any separate permission or licence displayed with particular material also applies.

3. Prohibited use

You must not use the website to attack or disrupt systems, bypass security, introduce malware, operate harmful automation, scrape the site in a disruptive or unlawful manner, impersonate another person, commit fraud, send spam or abusive submissions, infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights, or otherwise interfere with the website, its services or other visitors.

4. Intellectual property

The Violinhop name and artist identity, original music, recordings, compositions, arrangements, artwork, images, written content, logos, branding, and applicable site design and materials may be protected by copyright, trademark and related rights. Accessing the website does not grant a licence to reproduce, distribute, adapt, sell, publicly perform, commercially reuse or otherwise exploit protected material except where permission is expressly given or applicable law permits it. Rights in third-party material remain with their respective owners.

5. Streaming platforms

Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube, Amazon Music and other streaming or media platforms are independent services. Their availability, accounts, content, privacy practices and terms are controlled by those services and apply when you use them.

6. Merchandise

Merchandise previews and links may lead to an external Spreadshop storefront. Purchases, payment, production, shipping, cancellations, returns, customer service and other transaction matters are subject to the merchant information and terms displayed by the external storefront at the time of purchase.

7. Contact submissions

You must not submit malicious content, unlawful material or information that you have no right to disclose. You are responsible for the content of your message. A normal contact submission does not automatically create a partnership, employment, agency, fiduciary, confidential or binding commercial relationship unless one is separately agreed.

8. Availability and changes

The website may be changed or updated, information may be corrected, features may be modified or removed, and downtime may occur. No uninterrupted or error-free availability is promised.

9. Third-party content and links

This limitation does not apply where responsibility cannot lawfully be limited and does not override mandatory consumer or statutory rights.
